Leighton Meester is an American performer, actress, singer and musician. The career of Leighton Meester began as a young girl, as she portrayed Blair Waldorf on the popular television series 'Gossip Girl'. She began acting in the early years of her childhood performing in local productions from "Wizard of Oz." The attraction to the business began to grow. She began working by acting in commercials and modeling. She's worked as a professional model for major brands like "Herbal Essences," "Vera Wang," "Jimmy Choo," and Ralph Lauren. The actress made her debut through the TV show 'Law and Order'. She also took on cameo roles in TV films and series such as 'Country Strong,' 'Monte Carlo' and 'Killer Movie. As well as performing, she's composed songs and recorded music in collaboration with several noted singers, such as the 'Cobra Ship as well as Singer Robin Thicke.
