Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she was a performer in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables received her degree with honors from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She has a Bachelor of Arts diploma in Theatre and Communication. After moving from Missouri to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting as well as choreographing over a dozen musicals and plays like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and seven title roles with LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. In addition to continuing her studies in the art of improvisation with The Groundlings and becoming a company member of Theatre West Kelly also started finding roles on TV as well as in films. Her unique voice and her petite stature made it possible for Kelly to develop a diverse range of colorful characters. The actress is well known for her performance alongside Naomi Watts taking over the part of the villainous Samara on The Ring 2 but is popularly known as the bubbly bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly was a paralegal during the day and a party hopper at-night as a Series Regular for The TV Land sitcom The Exes. Alyssa Mio's smart sexpert her little sister, was Kelly's frequent part on ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW included her in the role of the stressed-out suburban mother. The soprano voice of hers has been used in several animated series such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Her most recent performance was as the dim and charming Cloud 9 staffer on NBC popular comedy Superstore. The couple has two children and has a peaceful house. She enjoys writing, sew and volunteer in the school.
