Molly Tarlov

Molly Tarlov, an American actor who has been appearing in Awkward since 2011 and is also known by the name of Sadie Saxton. Tarlov was born and lived in Manhattan, New York, as the youngest of two daughters. At the age of 10 She began her acting career through the production Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. Seventh graders who were in the theater extremely impressed. Later in her career she attended NYU Tisch in Paris and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety of styles of acting. The school she attended was The Atlantic Theater Company and could incorporate writing into her performance at the LAByrinth Theater Master Course. Molly traded in her winter coat for glasses in black, and set off towards Los Angeles. She was not long before she was offered a three-word character in iCarly, which attracted the notice of her parents. Since then, she's been on TV in a variety of roles. The actress also developed the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly enjoys pretending that she's a pro basketball player, even though it's not real. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
